So…check it: Molly was having the screenplay for her soon-to-be-produced short “Given Your History” read at an event and Marni, being superstitious (only on Tuesdays) thought she would bring her a fortune cookie for luck. As luck would have it, Marni forgot to give Molly the fortune cookie.

So, the next morning while Marni was enjoying a very expensive americano in a Summerhill cafe and Molly was across town undoubtably on the phone with Air India, Marni thought she would open it for Molly and take a photo of it to send her so she could still get the endnote fortune. *Technology* right? Brilliant! 

So Marni did. But the fortune that emerged was tot-al-y weird. How fitting.
